Register your Interest

This link is to a form to fill in your information to register for the reunion.

Information to Register for the Reunion

If you have a problem with the form, contact Garry by email garry@oftebro.co.za
and provide the following information:

Full names of everyone in your party, exactly as they appear in their passports
Ages of any children under 12 (from 3-12 years is approximately half-price, under 3 no charge – be sure to account for their ages at the date of the reunion)
Which tour you will attend — Reunion Weekend only, Weekend + 3-night short tour, or Weekend + 7-night safari tour
Room requirements — sharing or single and who is sharing with whom
Whether you need accommodation at all (if you are staying locally)
Country you are travelling from and your rough flight plans if you have them
Any dietary requirements or accessibility needs
A contact phone number and email address

A copy of each traveller’s passport — showing full names, nationality, passport number and date of birth — will be needed at a later date to confirm the booking. Send it when Garry asks for it, not before.

How the booking works

Register your interest Before 30th September 2026

Complete the reunion details form.

Prices will be confirmed

December 2026

Final pricing will be calculated once the organisers know how many people are coming. All parties will be sent a confirmed quote and itinerary.

Confirm & pay deposit

January 2027

Confirm your booking and payment of 25% Deposit due by 31st January 2027.

Balance & insurance

By mid-June 2027

The balance is due no later than 31st May 2027.

Payment terms

Payment terms are set by the appointed tour operator and apply to all reunion bookings.

Payment for the reunion weekend and post reunion tour options will be managed directly with Garry Oftebro and reunion organizers.

The tour operator can assist with flight bookings — contact Garry for their details.

Sat 31 July 2027	Coach Trip to Eshowe & KwaMondi Tour, Traditional South African Evening Braai in Umhlanga
Sun 1 August 2027	Closing ceremony, post-reunion tours depart by coach for St Lucia mid-day
Sun 8 August 2027	Safari tour ends, coach trip back to Durban airport.
